Contract with TCCAs a unit of government, Texoma Community Center (TCC) must follow State of Texas Procurement law. As with other units of government, TCC may seek contractors through sole source, emergency, request for bid and/or through a non-competitive bid through other governmental units.
For work requiring a bid, TCC is not obligated to accept the lowest bid, but rather the bid that is of "best value" to the Center. AT THIS TIME, TCC HAS NO OPEN BIDS. |
