Child & Adolescent Services
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services offers comprehensive mental health services to children ages 3 to 17 who currently reside in Fannin, Grayson, or Cooke Counties.
Services may include:
> Case management
> Behavioral skills training development
> Cognitive behavioral therapy
> Play therapy
> Medication management
> Crisis services, intensive case management
> Transitional & continuity of care services
Additionally, most of these services are offered to the families of clients, including family partner and parent skills training services. As a mental health program, C&A Mental Health offers services for many diagnoses.
Diagnoses include but are not limited to:
> Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder
> Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
> Oppositional Defiant Disorder
> Conduct Disorder
> Intermittent Explosive Disorder
> Adjustment Disorders
> Mood Disorders such as Major Depressive and Bipolar
> Psychotic Disorders such as Schizophrenia
